You may have already seen it in styling tutorials: many curl enthusiasts use a brush during styling, as a suitable brush helps create curl clumps and supports curl formation. A simple method to create curl clumps is to work in a leave-in conditioner, section the hair, and brush away from the scalp, as shown in the image.
