(1) All orders are shipping-free within Germany for an order value of €65 or more.

For an order value below €65, a shipping fee of €3.90 applies per order.

(2) We deliver to all EU countries, the USA, Switzerland, and Norway. The following countries have specific shipping costs listed:

Austria: €3.50 for orders of €65 and above.
Below €65, the shipping cost is €6.50.

Switzerland: €14.50 for orders of €75 and above.
Below €75, the shipping cost is €11.50.

Netherlands: €4 for orders of €75 and above.
Below €75, the shipping cost is €9.45.

For the following countries: Liechtenstein, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:
€6 for orders of €75 and above.
Below €75, the shipping cost is €12.90.

For deliveries to the USA, a shipping fee of €28 applies per package.

(3) Self-collection of goods is not possible.

(4) We also deliver to packing stations.

(5) The delivery time is 2-3 days for all online shop orders. For deliveries to the EU, the delivery time may also be longer.

(6) A statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. The customer bears the costs of return shipping.

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components and are plus the respective shipping costs.
