Shipping policy

(1) All orders within Germany with a merchandise value of €65 or more are free of shipping costs.

Below €65 merchandise value, €3.90 per order will be charged.

(2) We deliver to all EU countries, the United States, Switzerland, Norway and all other non-EU countries. The following is a list of countries with the specific shipping costs:

Austria: From €65 merchandise value, €3.99 will be charged.

Under €65: €6.00

Switzerland and UK: Over €75: €11.90

Under €75: €14.90

Netherlands: Over €75: €4

Under €75: €9.45

For these countries: Liechtenstein, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:

From €75, €6.99 is charged.

Under €75, €11.99 is charged.

For delivery to the USA, Hongkong, Israel, Japan, Südkorea, Malaysia, Norwegen, Neuseeland, Singapur, Canada, Australia €35,99 is charged per package.

(3) It is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

(4) We also deliver to packing stations.

(5) The delivery time is 2-3 days for all online shop orders. The delivery time may also be longer for other EU countries.

(7) A statutory 14-day right of cancellation applies. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components and are exclusive of the respective shipping costs.
