How long does shipping take?
Our products typically reach you within Germany in 1-3 business days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside of Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
In exceptional cases, such as during sale events or the holiday season, delays may occur. However, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Our packages are shipped exclusively with DHL – whether within Germany or internationally.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course, that's not a problem with us. Please make sure to provide the correct details when using a Packstation:
- Street field: Enter "Packstation".
- House number field: Enter the three-digit number of your desired Packstation.
- Address addition: Enter your post number.
Then just add the postal code and the location of the Packstation – and you're all set!
