This set is ideal for those who want to deeply care for their curls while also getting long-lasting definition and hold. The lightweight, vegan formula of all products is Curly Hair Method-approved and ensures that your hair is cared for, protected, and perfectly defined.

With the Curl Bites Power House Set, you have the ultimate wash and styling routine to bring your curls into their best form – every day.

Step 1: Apply the Cleansing Shampoo to wet hair. Massage the product gently but throughly into the scalp, and ideally use a Scalp Massaging Brush for more effective application. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: After rinsing out the shampoo, apply the Deep Conditioner to damp hair in the shower. Before applying, gently squeeze out some water from your hair for optimal effect. Focus on applying the conditioner to the lengths and ends of your hair, where it needs the most care. Avoid applying it to the scalp. Use your fingers or a curl-friendly brush to gently detangle your curls and remove any knots. Leave the conditioner in for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and continue with your styling routine.

Step 3: Use the Leave-In Conditioner as a moisturizing, detangling, and defining styling base after washing. Ensure that your hair is still damp. If it’s partially dry, use a spray bottle to mist your hair with water. Rub the product between your palms and distribute it evenly through damp hair.

Step 4: Apply the curl gel immediately after the Leave-In Conditioner to fix the definition and give your hair long-lasting hold. Again, ensure that your hair is still damp. If needed, mist with water using a spray bottle. Rub the Strong Hold Gel between your palms and distribute it throughout the damp hair. Scrunch your hair gently but firmly upwards, allowing your curls to form and spring into their natural pattern. Make sure you use enough product.

Step 5: Use a blow dryer with a diffuser on a medium heat setting. While drying, make sure to move your head in all directions to increase volume.

Step 6: Once your hair is fully dry, scrunch it again to break the “gel cast” and make your hair super soft and smooth.

➡️ What is a gel cast? The holding ingredients leave a clear film on dry hair, known as the "gel cast" in the curly hair world. It’s a hard layer around the individual strands, making the hair feel frozen and/or look "wet." This is actually a good sign of strong hold and definition. Simply scrunch the gel cast out of your hair to reveal the soft, defined, bouncy curls and waves you want.
